Creighton does indeed get nicked by Mississippi State’s win. We chose San Diego State ahead of Creighton and Saint Mary’s. We’d be surprised if the last bid goes to anyone else. SMC does have a win over SDSU, but the body of work for SDSU was much stronger unless you give SMC a large benefit of the doubt for Patrick Mills’ injury, despite his play in Las Vegas.

We’ll see how it works out.

Note: There is one potential second-round rematch between Siena and Pittsburgh, but moving the Saints around would create more problems.
